Due to the clearance requirement, this position is an onsite role based in our Fort Wayne, IN location.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting-edge systems.
  • Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
  • This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
  • Experience developing object-oriented software using Java or C++.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is also required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with developing, testing, and integrating software using Java / C++ or modern software development language.
  • Experience with OOA/D and UML or similar design language/notation.
  • Familiarity with Agile or working knowledge of lifecycle processes including Scrum, and Continuous Integration.
  • Possess skills to handle fast pace and dynamic product development environment including engagement with systems and electrical engineers.
  • Experience working closely and directly within a team environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Confluence, Eclipse, Jira, Jenkins, Junit, Kafka, and Spring Boot.
