About the position

TigerConnect transforms healthcare with the industry's most widely adopted clinical collaboration platform, modernizing the way doctors, nurses, care teams, patients, and data connect. We are seeking a results-driven B2B SaaS Account-Based Marketing Manager to lead and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive engagement within our target account list, resulting in creating more pipeline opportunities and revenue for the business. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in account-based marketing, B2B SaaS, and preferably experience in the Healthcare IT sector.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and drive an account-based marketing strategy that aligns with business goals by understanding the unique challenges in the healthcare IT space.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine a targeted ABM strategy and plan, focusing on engaging and driving growth within key strategic accounts.
  • Utilize go-to-market channels (including digital and paid media) to activate effective and highly targeted customer-specific campaigns and nurture programs.
  • Manage ABM tools and technologies to execute and track campaign performance, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Analyze account insights, intent data, and engagement metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to optimize performance and manage budgets effectively.
  • Track the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Stay up to date with ABM trends and best practices, continuously refining strategies to maximize impact against strategic accounts.
  • Create compelling, personalized content that resonates with enterprise stakeholders across their buying journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years focused on account-based marketing ownership.
  • Proficiency in conducting marketing research and analyzing data to identify insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate by creating compelling content and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in ABM platforms (e.g. DemandBase), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing) and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with sales, marketing, external agencies and other relevant cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in driving measurable business outcomes through ABM initiatives and programs.
