About the position

We are currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Account Executive to lead client programs focused on creator partnerships, influencer strategy, content production, and overall digital communications. Account work may also include campaign planning, contract negotiation, cross-channel social strategy, reporting and analytics, and creative collaboration with content creators. Account Executives are masters of execution and consistently deliver high-quality results for a variety of clients. AEs confidently interact with both creators and client contacts through email, calls, and in-person or virtual meetings. AEs are able to navigate responsibilities across multiple client campaigns with great success. As confidence increases, a standout AE becomes the lead day-to-day communicator on 5+ influencer-led programs—handling campaign planning, creator management, communications, and performance reporting under the guidance of an Account Supervisor or Director. Additionally, AEs regularly work in a specialist role on larger, integrated teams, helping bring influencer strategy into broader brand storytelling. Strong performers learn quickly, rarely make the same mistake twice, and instill confidence in senior team members. While we are headquartered in Miami, this is a full-time role with Work-From-Anywhere-Flexibility (see benefits for details).

Responsibilities

  • Lead client programs focused on creator partnerships and influencer strategy.
  • Manage content production and overall digital communications.
  • Handle campaign planning and contract negotiation.
  • Develop cross-channel social strategy and reporting.
  • Collaborate creatively with content creators.
  • Produce strong results within core services of influencer identification, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
  • Communicate confidently with creators and client contacts.
  • Manage multiple client campaigns successfully.
  • Act as the lead communicator on 5+ influencer-led programs.
  • Connect campaign results to client business goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant influencer marketing, social media, or PR experience (agency background strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns—sourcing creators, negotiating contracts, briefing, tracking content, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of key platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer tools such as CreatorIQ, Sprout, Tagger, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep interest in the influencer and digital media space.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
