About the position

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Advertising & Paid Media Manager to lead performance marketing efforts across all advertising and digital acquisition channels. This role will oversee all Flournoy Health Systems brands and websites, assuming full ownership of advertising strategy, execution, and results. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently strives for excellence, and takes full ownership of their responsibilities. You will lead a cross-functional team including a PPC Specialist, SEO Specialist, Lifecycle Marketer, and SEO Writer to ensure cohesive campaign planning, execution, and ongoing optimization. Additionally, you will manage partnerships with external media vendors such as radio, streaming/CTV, and print, as required, to support integrated campaign initiatives. This role is accountable for delivering omni-channel campaigns that are performance-focused, brand-aligned, and built for scale, ultimately improving CPA, ROI, and driving sustainable, measurable growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the advertising and paid media team, including PPC specialist, lifecycle marketer, SEO specialist, and content writer.
  • Assume full ownership of developing, executing, and reporting on strategic paid media plans designed to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and marketing generated revenue across a multi-location portfolio of at least five brands, in alignment with annual goals and overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage and optimize the paid media marketing budget, ensuring high ROI and transparent tracking and reporting across all channels.
  • Oversee campaign execution across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and email/SMS marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on timing, deliverables, and provide transparency.
  • Implement and optimize digital tracking, funnels, workflows, and user journey experiences.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve marketing performance dashboards and regular KPI reporting (e.g., ROI, CAC, CPL, revenue contribution).
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all marketing initiatives.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
  • Provide strategic insights to the Director of Marketing on new opportunities, channel expansion, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2C and B2B experience in a comparable role, with a proven track record of team leadership and end-to-end ownership of digital strategy and execution.
  • Experience working in multi-brand, multi-location services, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GHL (GoHighLevel), HubSpot, or similar marketing CRM/automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, paid media strategies, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Solid experience with digital tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills and a passion for improving client experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort interfacing with both internal and external partners and vendors.
  • Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
