The Agile Product Manager will define functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system. This role serves as a link between the technical and business views of the system, ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. The Agile Product Manager will partner with business, architecture, and infrastructure, overseeing all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction. They will work with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and perform estimates for application functionality enhancements. The role involves proactively working with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements, developing use cases, and focusing on business case, product strategy, road map, development, portfolio management, competitive analysis, and value delivery through the ecosystem. The Agile Product Manager will utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and support portfolio work including budget parameters and strategic themes. They will be responsible for the Program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program Level and partner with stakeholders to develop business cases for Epics/features affecting the Agile Release Train (ART) or Teams of Agile Teams. Collaboration with Product Owners is essential to continuously develop and communicate the vision for scrum teams, and mentoring Product Managers to drive solutions across teams is a key responsibility. The Agile Product Manager will advocate for current and future funding and drive requests for funding to secure budget for the continuous flow of value to customers.
