About the position

MSPbots is hiring an Asset Product Management Team Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of client-facing assets—dashboards, widgets, bots, and reports—that drive measurable business outcomes for MSPs. This is a high-impact leadership role for a product thinker who thrives on translating user insight into value and delivering innovation at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and workshops to uncover pain points and needs across MSP segments
  • Develop personas and usage scenarios to guide asset design and prioritization
  • Serve as the voice of the client in all cross-functional discussions
  • Build relationships with key clients to deepen product adoption and gather real-time feedback
  • Lead a team of Asset Product Managers in building and iterating on solutions quickly
  • Work with data analysts to ensure assets are intuitive and actionable
  • Create structured feedback loops with clients and CSMs to guide enhancements
  • Own and maintain a strategic asset roadmap based on client needs and company vision
  • Present updates, roadmaps, and metrics to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define value propositions and Go-to-Market strategies
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like feature usage, satisfaction, and adoption
  • Analyze what works (and what doesn’t) and iterate to continuously improve asset value
  • Maximize time-to-value and client ROI through smart, data-backed decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, with 2+ years leading SaaS or automation-focused teams
  • Experience conducting user research, segmentation, and building client personas
  • Strong ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable solutions
  • Experience with product tools like Jira, UserPilot, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communicator—able to present to executives and build trust with clients
  • Background in MSP, SaaS, or data analytics is a plus
  • Passion for GenAI, workflow automation, and solving real customer problems
