About the position

Ignite Medical Resort Sugarland is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for our residents and guests. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, compassionate, dependable, and energetic, contributing to our facility's hospitable care-giving team. As part of a state-of-the-art rehabilitation resort, you will help us to extinguish stereotypes associated with nursing care by providing superior, rapid rehabilitation experiences.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Licensure must allow to work in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years as ADON or in a nurse leadership/management position
• Must be willing to undergo background screening
