About the position

Join Epicor as a Product Sales Support Partner! The Product Sales Partner Associate is responsible for supporting the sale of Epicor's EPX products and services over the phone, email or chat to prospects and customers. Assist Merchant Credit Card Processing sales teams to collaborate with new business sellers and account managers to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves assigned quota from sales products or services.
  • Assist Sales in gathering required documentation competitors’ statements for pricing.
  • Review statement and enter statement pricing and volume information into pricing files for sales to review.
  • Point out any fees being billed by the competitor or any passthrough fees that may be marked up.
  • Provide the statements and pricing files to sales for further review.
  • Assist Sales in gathering required documentation to complete a merchant application.
  • Review application received from customers to ensure they are completed correctly.
  • Validate all required documentation is received is accurate and readable assist sales with getting a completed application package to credit.
  • Assist sales with rate review requests coming from Service or from a customer directly.
  • Pull sales volume and pricing from the system, enter the information into the pricing file for sales to review.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients—via phone, email, or in person—to collect information, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain strong customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Leadership abilities to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experienced sales skills including questioning, active listening, qualifying, closing and value validation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Business) preferred.
  • 0–3+ years of experience in commercial banking, loan operations, credit support, or administrative coordination.
  • Familiarity with commercial lending processes, documentation standards, collateral types, and regulatory compliance is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in fast‑paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate within teams and interact with clients effectively.
