Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair structural and frame damage on full-frame and unibody vehicles
- Remove, repair, and replace body panels with accuracy and care
- Reinstall damaged or replaced wiring harnesses and vehicle interiors
- Operate modern measuring and repair systems
- Work closely with team members and attend weekly shop meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on collision repair experience (frame, metal, and interior)
- Ability to interpret and execute detailed repair plans
- Familiarity with I-CAR, ASE, or OEM procedures (certifications a plus)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
