Are you passionate about building impactful digital products that simplify healthcare and drive better outcomes? In this strategic role, you'll act as a bridge between business needs and product execution — owning the product lifecycle, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring every feature aligns with customer needs and company objectives. You'll be working at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and innovation in a fast-paced, Agile environment that values customer insights, efficiency, and user-centricity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and business needs to define product strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize, develop, and launch features.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and iterate based on data insights.
  • Support product managers by providing clear business context, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the voice of the customer during product development and decision-making processes.
  • Partner with marketing and proposals teams to communicate the product’s business value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management within healthcare, SaaS, PBM, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional product solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across departments in an Agile setup.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in HealthTech, FinTech, or similar fast-moving environments.
