The Channel Marketing Associate coordinates and executes marketing and program related tasks in support of sales team efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Establish weekly priorities for marketing / sales support efforts and proactively communicate with sales leaders
  • Lead the development of marketing materials for Catalyst, including promotional one pagers, labels, samples, displays, signage, catalogs, and brochures
  • Manages 'Club Catalyst' Valued partner program - Program budgets, customer / team questions, Co-op reimbursement approvals and execution consistent with brand standards
  • Manage Samples, Displays and Promotional material through connect40 portal to manage entire Catalyst Sample program - forecasts, sample build approvals, quotes/printing of marketing materials/shipping raw goods/updating portal. Work w/ engineering / product teams as necessary on design and creation of new tools
  • Coordinate and works as liaison between Sales, Oldcastle APG Brand and Channel marketing teams and graphic design teams to execute brand or strategic initiatives
  • Works with Territory, Regional, National sales teams and customers on ad-hoc marketing / sales initiatives including creation of Collateral, Flyers, email campaigns, showroom displays, tradeshow or similar events
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint and other presentation materials as needed by sales team (Sales presentations, AIA/ ASLA, Lunch-n-earns etc.)
  • Maintain outbound email distribution lists, regularly write or edit content

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project management skillset - ability to work self directed, organized and execute on tight timeframes
  • Detail oriented - able to document specific plans, track wins / losses and adjust plans to changing landscape
  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic graphic design skills preferred
  • Ability to travel is required
