About the position

The Channel Marketing Manager, Homeowner Segment, is responsible for providing marketing expertise to deliver the best homeowner experience to encompass the whole consumer journey to support sustained growth for the RHVAC business. This role will lead, develop and execute differentiated homeowner focused marketing programs, insights, and communication strategies that drive customer adoption and growth. This role will identify pertinent marketing trends and insights, educate partners and drive adoption of key marketing concepts across channels and teams to elevate and differentiate the homeowner experience for both Trane and American Standard brands.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and support the development of short and long-term strategic and tactical consumer experience plans to meet overall business market share growth objectives.
  • Manage and develop programs and tactics to exceed consumer expectations, working with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams.
  • Design and execute plans & promotions that drive consumer engagement, leading to equipment purchase and recommendations in target markets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams on overall digital experience including up-funnel, down-funnel, and post-purchase experiences.
  • Utilize data gathered by the market intelligence team, field sales force, and product management to benchmark consumer value and competitor activity.
  • Utilize consumer feedback to develop and prioritize actions to deliver a seamless experience, improve ease of doing business, and increase purchase intent, satisfaction, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, brand, web, and digital teams on consumer experience initiatives for long-term sustainable growth.
  • Act as a voice of the channel across marketing and business organizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of integrated marketing experience.
  • 4+ years B2B and B2C marketing, channel, or sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar.
  • Exceptional people and communication skills, creativity and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and execution in a complex (matrix) business environment.
  • Customer experience, CRM, marketing automation experience preferred.
  • A track record of delivering outstanding tangible results in a high-performance environment.
