Charity Marketing Assistant – Entry Level

About the position

Join our growing team as a Charity Marketing Assistant and help support nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through live events, retail pop-ups, and grassroots fundraising campaigns. Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients at community events, retail locations, and outreach campaigns
• Educate the public about critical issues such as mental health, education access, and environmental protection
• Engage donors and supporters through face-to-face fundraising and public engagement
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of displays, outreach materials, and branded booths
• Collect supporter information and feedback for campaign reporting and performance tracking
• Participate in weekly team training sessions focused on communication, leadership, and nonprofit advocacy

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable speaking with the public
• Passion for nonprofit work, public service, or social impact causes
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage tasks in fast-paced environments
• Full-time availability, including occasional weekends and evenings
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience required—we offer full, hands-on training!

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or education experience
• Volunteer work, fundraising, or outreach experience
• Degree or coursework in marketing, communications, or nonprofit management
