Wayfair’s Specialty Brands - AllModern, Birch Lane, and Joss & Main - are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to drive the next chapter of growth. This executive will lead the brand and marketing strategy across our three distinct lifestyle brands, each with unique customer segments and positioning. With an ambitious roadmap that includes expanding brand awareness, growing our customer base, and scaling into physical retail, the CMO will play a critical role in shaping the future of these businesses. The CMO will oversee a team of 25+ marketers and steward a significant media investment across brand, performance, CRM, promotions, on-site experience, and retail marketing. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader with deep expertise in both brand building and performance marketing - someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and brings proven success in the consumer goods and/or retail sectors. This Boston-based role reports directly to the Wayfair Global CMO and partners closely with the General Manager of Specialty Brands as part of their leadership team.
