Responsibilities
Use proper product handling techniques to ensure products are not damaged while handling.
Fill shelves and displays as required making sure to properly face product.
Maintain a clean and orderly backroom / back stock area at each retail location.
Merchandises account as required including building of displays and proper POS placement.
Ensure all product rotation practices are followed to ensure the oldest products are selected first.
Adheres to all quality control standards of Anheuser-Busch and Tri-Eagle Sales in accordance with the 'Old Beer Policies' set forth by management.
Collects empty kegs and completes swaps for damaged or close coded product.
Works to resolve customer issues to prevent order refusals and communicates these issues with the appropriate sales rep and Service Supervisor.
Ensures all orders are delivered to the correct customer.
Accurately completes all transaction related processes including proper handheld entries, customer signature, collection of funds and leaving accurate copies of all final invoices.
Ensure accurate end of day route settlement to include inventory settlement and accurate deposit records.
Utilize time management and follow all company policies and procedures to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
Ensure customer time windows are met.
Complete pre-trip daily to ensure all equipment has no defects and is deemed safe for operation.
Promptly inform the Service Supervisor of any issue that may require attention or action including safety risks, security problems, personnel issues, etc.
Work safely and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure the overall cleanliness of truck, trailer and all assigned equipment.
Maintain a professional appearance through the use of proper grooming and by wearing clean assigned uniform clothing.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to solve practical problems.
Ability to follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Commercial Drivers License - Class A.
Must maintain current State of Florida Driver's License.
Current State of Florida Department of Transportation Physical Card.
