About the position

Peak Paws Advanced Veterinary Hospital is a locally owned practice that supports team members with their relationship between work and other important things in life, such as family, social life, and academics. Full-time team members are scheduled for 4 days a week at 36 hours, with a flexible schedule that is not set, meaning you will no longer be working every weekend. With your schedule posted at least one month in advance, you can make plans to do the things that are important to you. Additionally, team members can continuously accrue time off, eliminating the need to wait for another anniversary to earn more time for family vacations or visiting friends. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the client service team
• Coach and mentor team members
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and the referral community
• Assist with marketing and social media platforms
