Responsibilities

  • Welcoming all guests with courtesy, warmth, and professionalism
  • Engaging visitors with thoughtful, qualifying questions and guiding them to the appropriate sales consultant
  • Answering and directing phone calls with clarity and efficiency
  • Providing accurate information about the gallery and our offerings
  • Distributing guest handouts and maintaining a clean, well-presented front desk area
  • Researching customer and product details using our specialized Salesforce database
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks such as printing, mailing, and database maintenance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
  • A natural communicator with strong verbal skills and a welcoming personality
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and databases
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to promote teamwork across departments
  • Discretion, tact, and the ability to handle client situations with professionalism
  • Commitment to confidentiality, accountability, and exceptional service
