Construction Insurance Marketing Placement Lead

About the position

Our Construction Insurance Specialty team in South Florida is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a dynamic, full-time Commercial Lines Marketing Placement Lead with specialized experience in Construction Insurance. This role focuses on managing accounts for middle and large-market construction and roofing clients nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Construction-related Property and Casualty insurance, including knowledge of relevant markets, programs, and carriers. A valid and active 220 License is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of middle and large-market construction and roofing accounts nationwide.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.

Requirements

• Valid active 220 FL license
• Construction Insurance designation(s) - preferred, not required
• Insurance designation(s) - strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of/experience with EPIC, AMS360 and ImageRight, preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Multi-lingual a plus
