About the position

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and distributing high-impact content that supports brand awareness, thought leadership, sales enablement, and customer engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in driving marketing strategy across various channels, including social media, email, the company website, and other digital platforms. This is a highly creative and strategic role, offering ownership of end-to-end content initiatives and the opportunity to shape how our brand shows up in the market. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong writing and project management skills, capable of executing across multiple content formats and working cross-functionally with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage thought leadership content, including blogs, podcast coordination, and written customer case studies.
  • Own the planning, writing, and execution of SEO-driven content.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (strategy, landing pages, copy, and social media content).
  • Develop and maintain content in the Help Center and internal case study library.
  • Coordinate customer testimonial development including interviews, copywriting, and video time stamping in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and create content for the company’s social media platforms: LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Support brand awareness efforts through branding campaigns and ongoing audience engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee G2 review management and optimization strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful enablement assets, including one-pagers, battle cards, and other materials informed by strategic messaging.
  • Support and execute marketing automation workflows using HubSpot.
  • Oversee the Resource Center (website and carrier versions) to ensure content is current and optimized.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to report on content effectiveness and guide future strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Science in Marketing or related degree.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, social media trends, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and content/project management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with a team-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
