With a continually expanding list of locations across the United States, Bonkers provides the latest games and attractions and a delicious chef-inspired menu – all in an exciting atmosphere designed for guests of all ages to enjoy again and again. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service
- Understand and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Process and manage food tickets.
- Prepare, cook, and plate food orders, adhering to all company recipe and plate build presentation standards.
- Delight our guests by providing quality and timely prepared foods
- Follow all sanitation guidelines and adhere to all safety procedures
Requirements
- Is at least 18 years of age.
- Has at least one year of kitchen experience in a similar capacity.
- Is energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to work as part of a team.
- Is able to communicate effectively with managers and kitchen personnel.
- Is able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Is able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
