We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to assist in all aspects of project management and general administrative support for all global Marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Supports development of marketing / selling materials, training presentations and seasonal guidelines
  • Assists in development of Brand collateral material and creative briefs for internal + external creative partners
  • Assists in the development of branded displays and other POS materials and assists with vendor briefing process
  • Responsible for scheduling, coordination, and follow-up on meetings with the regional marketeers
  • Maintains the global digital assets management platform and communicates updates to regional teams
  • Assists in tracking SIS projects and new door openings
  • Supports preparation of in-person and online meetings and assists Marketing Director with PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintains the Go-to-Market calendar to ensure timely dissemination of seasonal assets + guidelines
  • Supports the Marketing Director with Licensor requests
  • Processes and tracks department invoices, and maintains an up-to-date budget file
  • Monitors competitor marketing activity in the watch and jewelry industry
  • Monitors PVH DAM and CK social channels
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience in a similar position
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Creative problem solver
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must be flexible with ability to work under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter with high energy and strong work ethic, able to move projects forward

Nice-to-haves

  • SAP, SharePoint and other Digital Asset Management platforms experience a plus
