About the position

The Data Software Engineer position involves designing, developing, operating, and tuning data software and analytics services. The role requires building and maintaining secure, compliant data processing pipelines using various technologies including Python, RESTful APIs, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics. The engineer will create tables, views, procedures, and datasets using SQL, Snowflake, and DBT. Additionally, the position involves integrating, transforming, and consolidating data from various systems into structures suitable for building analytics solutions and performing analysis, utilizing Microservices Architecture and Azure Kubernetes Services. Ensuring that data pipelines, tables, views, procedures, and datasets are high-performing, efficient, organized, and reliable is a key responsibility. The engineer will also use Azure DevOps and Git for version control and utilize Azure Monitor to monitor data pipelines and systems, responding to issues in a timely manner. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in software production environments is also part of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in software production environments.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Information Systems.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the job offered.
  • Proficiency with Python, SQL, Snowflake, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, DBT, GIT, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Kubernetes Services.
