We are looking for individuals to join our Product Development Engineering Program in Muscatine, IA! New hires will start in January 2026 or June 2026. Our HNI Development Program is a one-year rotational program designed to develop emerging early career business professionals, preparing you for future growth opportunities within our organization in various marketing functions. We provide a specialized onboarding plan, foundational knowledge about our business, direct exposure to leadership, and opportunities to develop cohort relationships through cross-functional team projects. The program is designed to jump start your career.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a one-year rotational program focused on various marketing functions.
- Engage in ongoing career development and growth focused on skills and aspirations.
- Work with a dedicated business-leader mentor and receive continuous feedback.
- Network with leadership teams.
- Contribute meaningfully to the business by learning while doing.
- Explore various areas of the rotational department within the organization.
Requirements
- Prospective candidates are required to hold a Four-year degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology prior to their start date.
- Minimum 2.8 GPA.
- High academic achievement in their education pursuits.
- Engineering internship/work experience is highly preferred.
