About the position
ModMed is hiring a driven Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Customer Education team focused on supporting the growing need for in-application user guidance and digital adoption strategies across ModMed Products. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver technical and strategic expertise needed to fully integrate digital adoption into our customer education and change management strategies within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine! This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify user experience pain points, build in-app guidance, and drive the successful adoption of new features. By combining technical expertise with strategic insight, the DAP Specialist simplifies complex workflows, accelerates feature adoption, and increases productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design and build new DAP campaigns.
- Test and maintain existing DAP features.
- Stakeholder collaboration and planning.
- Analyze feature performance and plan optimization.
- Provide technical training and troubleshooting support.
- Stay current with DAP updates and ModMed product changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, preferred.
- Field of study in either Business, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Digital Adoption, Health IT, Instructional Design, or User Experience is preferred.
- WalkMe Builder Certification (or willingness to obtain post-hire).
- 2+ years of experience in developing or delivering software education or training (e.g., in-app guidance, instructional content, or user onboarding programs).
- 2+ years of experience working with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe or similar).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for customizing DAP solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Exposure to healthcare technology platforms such as EHR, Practice Management, or patient communication systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Training).
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining digital adoption solutions.
- Experience in healthcare SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Experience analyzing user behavior using platform analytics.
- Experience in using segmentation and rule-based targeting for personalized user experiences.
- Experience using analytics to drive adoption strategies and present actionable recommendations.
