About the position

Itron is looking for an experienced digital marketing analyst to support our digital marketing and global marketing team. Your responsibilities will include tracking digital marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting digital campaign performance, and communicating with internal stakeholders. To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. A qualified digital marketing analyst should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team. The ideal candidate will work independently and apply industry practices and solutions to creatively resolve issues or deliver outcomes having a wide and diverse scope impacting the function and/or sales region. In addition, the analyst plans and delivers complicated activities to support the marketing, communications, public relations and/or business development team(s).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create measurement plans that align with business objectives and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Manage marketing automation platform, including list management, lead scoring and automation and execution of nurture and drip campaigns.
  • Test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Develop and present findings from analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies to provide a self-serve environment for key internal stakeholders.
  • Create demand generation dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.
  • Accomplish operational and/or functional objectives that enable the successful execution of department goals; track, monitor and report on KPIs and action plans.
  • Meet business ad hoc requests: identify market trends, collect relevant information, provide detailed analysis and deliverables (promotional content, documentation, presentations, trainings).
  • Liaise with diverse departments (IT, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales) and provide training to increase lead generation and promote product/brand awareness.
  • Lead projects within scope of responsibilities.
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with external partners/suppliers.

Requirements

  • This position typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system.
  • Experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience using Power BI is preferred.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $75,000 - $141,000.
  • Hybrid work environment with at least two days required on-site per week.
