About the position

In this role, you will be supporting the marketing team by assisting with various tasks related to online marketing campaigns. This includes creating content, managing social media accounts, conducting SEO research, analyzing campaign performance, and helping with email marketing efforts. The intern will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and tools, contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Gather data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize Canva to design visually appealing materials for social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement, providing insights for future content.
  • Conduct industry research and optimize content for engagement.
  • Support advertising efforts by creating engaging copy and graphics.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
  • Write compelling copy for blogs, social media, and email newsletters that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects involving HTML coding for updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using SocialPilot and other reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and e-commerce promotions.
  • Support the overall digital marketing efforts by contributing to social media management, web content updates, and blog posts.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social media best practices is preferred.
  • Experience with social media scheduling is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar program for graphic design tasks.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
