About the position

The Paid Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee the execution of paid search (PPC, SEM) and paid social media campaigns, working with the agency partners who execute the paid strategies set at the BU, pillar, and product levels by the Director, Digital Media. They will coordinate with the agency to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and manage the implementation of campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of digital marketing managers to provide digital media campaign strategy and executional, optimization, and performance details to support the organizations business unit structure.
  • Liase directly with our ad agency to complete paid campaign marketing tasks, including creative and tracking trafficking, budget management, bid optimization, ad copy updates, and keyword management for a group of product campaigns.
  • Work with digital marketing managers to test messaging, keywords, tactics, and audiences based on marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with growth and product marketing teams to enhance audience targeting and messaging, drive webinar and event registrations.
  • Collaborate with Organic Social and SEO teams to deliver coordinated execution that drives the cost efficiency and performance of paid campaigns.
  • Support the GTM efforts with ad hoc data analysis and insights for monthly planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Requirements

  • Experience working with start-ups or high-growth / PE-backed companies will be of substantial benefit.
  • Experience building, bulk editing, and optimizing campaign, keywords and ads within Google Ads & Bing Ads Editor platforms.
  • Experience with audience targeting and remarketing within Linkedin.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering sophisticated search media plans and strategies.
  • Experience with SEO and social media co-optimization strategies and execution.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills, and experience working in Tableau, Power Bi, and Google data studio.
  • Experience with ABM tools, 6Sense, Clearbit, Dreamdata, Wrike and Zapier is a plus.
  • 2-5 years' of hands on experience as a digital marketing professional, running enterprise-level paid media campaigns.
