Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Digital Product Specialist. This position reports to the NA Deliver Analytics Manager and will be located in Summit, NJ. The role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ. The travel requirement for this position is 10%. The pay range is $68,000 - $109,825.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build descriptive to prescriptive analytical tools to improve operational efficiency, improve service, and reduce cost.
  • Tell a succinct, meaningful, and actionable story with data using visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or others).
  • Serve as a key bridge between technical analytics developers and business leads by translating business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain functions and drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases.
  • Apply Agile Project Management skills to optimally build analytics use cases to the business, on time and as expected.
  • Collaborate and communicate across the extended team and primary stakeholders to deploy analytics use cases.
  • Introduce new ideas to shift organizational ways of working, improving speed to insight.
  • Deploy the Analytics Enablement strategy and upskill all levels of the organization.
  • Use innovative technologies to solve complex business problems.
  • Embed within supply chain functions to identify technology-enabled solutions.
  • Integrate into key business operational processes to understand needs and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years work experience in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong grasp of Supply Chain concepts and processes.
  • Demonstrated results in optimizing business processes using data.
  • Strong organization and oral/written communication skills.
  • Experience balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management/leadership experience.
  • E2E Supply Chain experience, particularly with Logistics, Transportation, or Warehousing.
  • Experience with Python and SQL.
  • Proficiency with various data & analytics tools, such as PowerBI, Databricks, Snowflake, or others.
