The Digital & Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for executing retailer shopper marketing and online and digital marketing programs, gathering and translating ideas into profitable campaigns, analyzing program effectiveness, and collaborating with the corporate marketing team to maximize initiatives and develop new ones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement innovative internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage digital marketing programs including search optimization, affiliated marketing, social networking, and viral marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into profitable, promotional marketing campaigns
  • Analyze program effectiveness and utilize findings to enhance market site performance
  • Drive the development of new marketing initiatives in alignment with corporate marketing goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in managing shopper marketing & digital marketing programs
  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated success in guiding business partners through the design process
  • Strong understanding of design strategy methods and practices
  • Ability to conceptualize across multiple platforms and drive innovative solutions
  • Excellent visual, written, and oral communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of design and cultural trends
  • Experience in Consumer Package Goods industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in leveraging design thinking in a tactical business context

Benefits

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $124,100.00 - $175,200.00
