We are seeking a highly motivated results-driven Direct Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in acquiring high-quality leads through cost-effective strategies. This role is pivotal in hiring, training, and coaching marketing associates across multiple territories, ensuring their success in generating leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train new marketing associates in multiple territories.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation efficiency.
• Coach and mentor team members to meet and exceed department lead generation and sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed within budget while maintaining quality and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and provide hands-on coaching.
• Manage and work Open House Program.
• Manage and work trade shows and events.
• Hire and recruit promotional staff members.
• Assist with event tear-down and setup.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct marketing, field marketing, or lead generation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and managing teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to travel between territories as needed.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance optimization.
• Experience in the home remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus.
