About the position

We are looking for a Director, Digital Marketing Practice to focus on expanding our agency's digital marketing capabilities, with a strong emphasis on content marketing platforms like YouTube and AI-driven solutions. This role will be crucial in guiding client success through innovative digital strategies, and solidifying our agency's position as a forward-thinking leader in the evolving digital landscape. This role will bring a profound understanding of content marketing, paid media, and the strategic application of technology to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner for key client accounts, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive digital and content marketing strategies that align with client business objectives.
  • Lead the strategy, management, and optimization of digital content platforms, including but not limited to, major video platforms (e.g., YouTube channels), ensuring best practices for content publishing, audience engagement, and platform hygiene.
  • Develop and implement content marketing and SEO strategies, including content optimization, and performance analysis, with an eye towards future-proofing for AI-driven search environments.
  • Oversee and guide paid media initiatives across various digital channels, ensuring optimal campaign performance, budget efficiency, and alignment with overall client goals.
  • Actively research, define, and implement emerging opportunities in the AI space, applying AI efficiencies to digital marketing practices, and exploring new avenues for client growth through technological advancements.
  • Act as an internal and external expert, contributing to the agency's expertise in areas such as YouTube content marketing, paid media strategies, and the impact of AI on digital marketing.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide insightful reports to clients, demonstrating the impact of digital strategies and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Agency Experience is a plus
  • Expert in SEO, and Paid Media (experience specifically with Youtube)
  • Well versed in AI platforms and strategies
