The Marketing Operations leader will play a pivotal role in supporting the SVP of US Petcare Marketing and his/her leadership team in driving alignment, coordination, and execution excellence across US Petcare Marketing and with key stakeholders across functions (e.g., Petcare Sales, enabling functions). She/He is responsible for driving key marketing deliverables for Petcare (Quarterly Executive Reviews, Monthly business reviews, Strategy and Operating Plan Milestones, Key Petcare projects that span across the portfolio). This role will manage key marketing leadership and team meetings including agenda setting and facilitation. Additionally, they will oversee the creation and dissemination of meeting notes and action items, ensuring that meeting objectives are met and follow-ups are effectively managed. In this role, the colleague will also lead project management for internal events and strategic initiatives, such as the National Sales Meeting, Townhalls, and the long-range planning processes. The role requires fostering effective communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders, managing the master Petcare Marketing calendar, and ensuring smooth information flow within the team and with other key stakeholders. As needed, this role will lead cross-functional teams in high-priority projects aligned with US Petcare Marketing, US Operations, and ZET objectives.
