Responsibilities
- Refine scientific and product content to align with Slingshot’s brand voice, tone, and positioning
- Serve as the brand steward across all marketing channels (web, email, social, events, collateral)
- Ensure consistency and quality across customer-facing messaging and assets
- Own campaign execution workflows—briefs, timelines, launch checklists, and performance reviews
- Manage campaign calendars and coordinate cross-functional contributors
- Oversee day-to-day work of a Marketing Associate, ensuring project alignment and execution excellence
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and meet stated goals
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Google Analytics, LookerStudio, etc.)
- Drive integration across platforms to ensure seamless data flow and reporting
- Evaluate and implement new tools to support growth, automation, and team productivity
- Define and track KPIs for brand and campaign performance
- Build dashboards and reporting structures to provide visibility into ROI and marketing efficiency
- Partner with sales and business development to align metrics and improve lead handoff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, brand management, or campaign execution—preferably in life sciences or biotech
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior marketing team members
- Deep familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Strong editorial instincts and experience refining complex or scientific content for diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action and continuous optimization
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
