Under the supervision of the Community Director (RCFE Administrator), the Director of Life Enrichment is responsible for designing and implementing a diverse array of activities and programs tailored to the interests, values, and needs of residents at Rhoda Goldman Plaza. This role plays a crucial part in upholding Rhoda Goldman Plaza's high operational standards, focusing on creating a vibrant and engaging environment for residents across both assisted living and memory care. The Director of Life Enrichment is dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life through meaningful and purposeful activities, aimed at preventing loneliness and fostering a sense of purpose. The Director of Life Enrichment understands and assists in developing and achieving strategic and business plan objectives, as well as budget, and service goals. The Director also works to achieve the mission and objectives of Jewish Family and Children’s Services, executes responsibilities within the limitations of the Agency’s resources, and performs all duties in compliance with legal and agency standards.
