Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals to drive profitable growth and brand equity.
  • Drive adoption of ProEdge's offerings through impactful product positioning, organized marketing efforts, and compelling content.
  • Manage, coach, and support the marketing team for continuous improvement, brand alignment, and goal achievement.
  • Lead the team to be customer-obsessed, with a comprehensive understanding of each persona's needs, desires, values, and fears.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of demand-generation programs through inbound and outbound marketing channels.
  • Develop impactful promotions that create attention while maximizing profitability.
  • Analyze marketing metrics, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales to create alignment between lead generation and sales enablement efforts.
  • Work closely with product teams to provide customer insights, develop white papers, surveys, launch products with impact, and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Represent ProEdge at key tradeshows and industry events, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success leadership to enhance engagement and follow-through on opportunities.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on marketing performance to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to build scalable marketing systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop high-performing team members and foster a customer-centric culture.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing marketing channels.

  • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Proven track record of successful product positioning and demand generation.
