About the position

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our newly formed Product Growth team within the Gaming Ads Product & Technology division. In this role, you will oversee and shape strategies that empower game developers and businesses within the Unity ecosystem to achieve their growth and monetization objectives, all while ensuring optimal player satisfaction. As the leader of this team, you will drive collaboration across multi-functional areas, including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success. Your primary mission will be to unlock value for our users and partners, deliver measurable growth outcomes, and establish Unity as a leader in enabling customer success. Responsibilities

  • Build and oversee the Product Growth team, setting the vision, strategy, and goals to drive growth and customer success initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable growth frameworks to optimize customer engagement, retention, and monetization outcomes.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and market trends to inform strategies, uncover opportunities, and improve product adoption and ROI.
  • Drive customer communication and messaging strategies across various touchpoints, adapting to different customer needs and stages of the user journey.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in a technical, cross-functional environment.
  • Substantial experience driving product growth and measurable business outcomes for technical B2B or SaaS products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover opportunities, and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Outstanding ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech and mobile app / gaming space, including user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge and hands-on SQL experience.
  • Passion for game developers and their creations.
  • Experience in mobile advertising or gaming.
