The In Person transactions team focused on supporting our customers when they need to transact with Capital One for their cash needs nationwide. This product portfolio includes ATMs, Cashier Check Kiosk, CashLoad, and Cardless ATM. The team supports the end to end solution from developing the customer experience, hardware, infrastructure, and any servicing capabilities needed to support our in person transactions. Our teams are accountable for modernizing our customer offering and applications while solving critical customer pain points. As Director of Product for these teams you will play a key role in defining our vision, strategy, development, and application of new products. With customer empathy and strong analytical skills you will partner across our teams (technology, operations, design, and enterprise product) to ensure that these experiences support our goals and meet our well-managed expectations. As a leader, you will inspire and empower a team of 8 talented and diverse product managers, as well as an extended team of 60+ engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision, strategy, development, and application of new products.
  • Partner across teams (technology, operations, design, and enterprise product) to ensure experiences support goals.
  • Inspire and empower a team of product managers and an extended team of engineers and designers.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
