The Director of Product Operations will establish best practices that will drive product execution, create dynamic roadmaps for product operations, and own and operate mechanisms and processes for the product organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product management best practices in the areas of requirements gathering, roadmapping, product telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage clear product roadmaps that align with company objectives and strategic goals.
  • Lead product telemetry efforts to capture key metrics, driving data analysis and insights for better decision-making and prioritization.
  • Build frameworks to capture, analyze, and integrate customer feedback into product development, ensuring that the voice of the customer is central to product decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve product operations processes across the product lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and alignment between teams.
  • Leverage tools like Aha! to manage product roadmaps, track product metrics, and support product planning processes.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations or a related role, ideally within AI-driven or healthcare industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Aha! and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar product tools.
  • Proven ability to establish and optimize product management processes.
  • Strong understanding of product telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in AI and/or healthcare is a plus but not required.
