With the arrival of Amangati, our first luxury motor yacht, Aman expands beyond land, reshaping water exploration and spearheading a new era in maritime experiences. We are seeking a visionary and tech-savvy Director, Social & Digital Marketing to join Aman at Sea in South Florida. You will lead the brand’s digital ecosystem—translating Aman’s philosophy of understated luxury and transformative experiences into compelling campaigns across all digital platforms. From CRM to paid media, content strategy to website development, your leadership will shape every phase of the digital guest journey. Reporting to the SVP, Sales, Marketing & Reservations, this role is instrumental in positioning Aman at Sea across global digital touchpoints and leading a team of digital experts, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver world-class results.

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and guest acquisition using paid media, SEO, display and more.
  • Oversee CRM and email marketing strategies, including automated customer journeys and data hygiene practices.
  • Ensure the Aman at Sea social media presence aligns with brand values and supports engagement objectives.
  • Act as the business owner for digital guest-facing products including the website, mobile app, and in-suite technologies.
  • Establish and manage digital marketing budgets to achieve KPIs.
  • Lead reporting and analytics efforts, supporting data-driven decisions across departments.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging platforms and technologies for potential integration.
  • Manage agency partners, contractors, vendors, and internal marketing teams.
  • Develop and maintain clear, elegant digital content that upholds Aman’s brand mystique.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact campaigns and product initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required; MBA or MS preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 5 years in luxury travel or cruise industry.
  • Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and digital tools.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience leading mobile and web development teams or projects.
  • Strong creative sensibility and storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
