The Shareholder Reporting Team within Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) technology business unit supports applications that our business partners use to generate prospectuses, financial statements, and regulatory filings. As a Director/Chapter Lead of software engineering, you will lead teams to develop capabilities and the underlying platforms. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve our products as well as develop your skills, learn new technologies and languages, and continue to learn. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who work well in a collaborative, iterative, and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies specifically the AWS platform.
  • Hands-on experience on Design & Development and Architecture.
  • Strong programming skills with digital mindset.
  • Ability to code in more than one programming language.
  • Experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications.
  • Proven experience with Continuous Integration concepts and DevOps best-practices & tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Hybrid work model requiring associates to work onsite every other week.
