Join Cisco's Enterprise Switching team and help shape the future of management platforms and user experiences for enterprise networks. Collaborate with engineers, designers, sales, and marketing professionals to solve real-world challenges for leading global brands, making complex networking technology simpler, more intuitive, and more efficient. In partnership with the Sr. Director of Product Management and Technical Marketing, this role works closely with diverse teams across Cisco's business units, fostering multi-functional collaboration and driving the development of innovative, customer-focused product strategies. By leading a highly skilled and energetic team of Technical Marketing Engineers (TMEs), the group is committed to advancing innovation and delivering outstanding customer success with the Catalyst 9000 hardware and software portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation and encourage disruptive thinking by developing and executing visionary product strategies.
  • Play a pivotal role in sales enablement and go-to-market activities for Cisco's Catalyst 9000 products.
  • Champion the integration of Artificial Intelligence, Security, and Sustainability across Cisco's switching portfolio.
  • Orchestrate initiatives aimed at delivering superior end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and collaborators.

Requirements

  • Strong background and expertise in campus networking technologies.
  • Solid understanding of security technologies and their application in networking environments.
  • Proven record to cultivate collaboration across business units and functional silos.
  • Expertise in enhancing customer experiences and building positive relationships through innovative solutions.
  • Strong technical foresight and business insight with a focus on data-driven decision-making and financial metrics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in enterprise technical marketing and leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies and their applications in networking.
  • Proven expertise in secure network design, segmentation, and software-defined architectures.
