About the position

We are on the lookout for a results-oriented, eCommerce Manager to own our customer's online journey. In this role, you'll be primarily responsible for increasing the conversion rate, AOV, lifetime value, and cart contribution margin. The ideal candidate is a masterful seller who is adept at understanding what customers want. You're analytical, strategic and passionate about driving results through intentionally architected customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Own our customer's online journey for legacybox.com
  • Evaluate and optimize the customer experience
  • Correctly identify opportunities
  • Strategically conduct A/B testing to vet hypothesis
  • Prioritize the right tasks to impact goals (email capture rate, add to cart, conversion rate, AOV, cart contribution margin, lifetime value, etc)
  • Measure and report results of efforts and assess against goals
  • Oversee the maintenance and launch of new features, sections, and products; seamlessly integrating them into our existing touchpoints
  • Experience managing outsourced dev team and proven ability to work cross functionally with design and performance teams
  • Support our advertising efforts by leading our landing page program
  • Build out unique landing pages catered to individual audience cohorts and channels
  • Own our website's analytics and tracking
  • Maintain and set up tracking for new events (or pages)
  • Ensure data can be easily accessed and translated into actionable insights
  • Maximize the contribution margin of our products sold
  • Optimize our add-on and repeat order funnel
  • Discount testing
  • Build and manage relationships with our strategic partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in strategy, customer experience or customer journey
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Proficient in Shopify
  • Demonstrated success in growing a business through data driven insights
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce D2C industry - familiarity with shopping trends, consumer behavior, and/or conversion optimization
  • A 'no task is too small' attitude and a positive, spirited outlook
