We're looking for an eCommerce Marketing Specialist I with hands-on digital marketing experience, particularly in paid and organic social -to help drive growth across Bradford's network of brands. This is a high-impact role for someone who already has a strong foundation in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization, and is looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate has expertise with advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), solid cross-channel knowledge & experience (Google Display, email, etc.), and a performance-driven mindset. You'll collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and eCommerce teams, as well as external partners, to deliver effective, scalable campaigns.
