This role is a dynamic product management position within Citi's global Payments organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of eCommerce trends, developments, and their impact on client needs and opportunities. It involves collaboration across multiple product, sales, risk, and compliance groups, as well as external partners and geographies, to deliver solutions that meet our clients' eCommerce needs. They will engage with clients to drive commercial agendas and deepen Citi's understanding of their evolving requirements. It offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of Citi's eCommerce solution for the future. As a key leader in a transformative initiative to enhance Citi's offerings for eCommerce clients, the incumbent will be an integral member of our eCommerce and Banking as a Service (BaaS) team, focusing on the design and development of innovative payments and accounts solutions. These solutions will target our existing eCommerce clients and expand our reach to traditional clients seeking to grow their eCommerce presence. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product colleagues, sales teams, technology partners, regional stakeholders, Risk and Compliance departments, and, most importantly, our clients, to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
