About the position

As the Email Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing email and SMS campaigns that foster brand loyalty, improve patient engagement, and drive conversions. This position requires creativity, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies. At Aeroflow Urology, our marketing team drives innovation through a comprehensive strategy focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement across various channels, including email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, SEO, PR, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns.
  • Partner with the Customer Lifecycle Manager to develop strategies for transactional and marketing email and SMS campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, onboarding new patients, and building trust with existing customers.
  • Build and continuously refine automated email and SMS sequences to improve user experiences and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Be responsible for updating the editorial calendar with email and SMS marketing activities.
  • Partner with the Customer Lifecycle Manager to develop strategies / project briefs for A/B testing to analyze performance, optimize templates, and enhance patient engagement and conversion rates.
  • Become familiar with the Aeroflow Urology and Diabetes customer lifecycles.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our audiences, our online experiences, our email flows, and additional touch points.
  • Use this understanding to provide recommendations for new templates, A/B testing, and optimizations.
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email and SMS templates for seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Editorial Team / Brand Team on any assets needed for emails (copy, imagery, brand materials, etc.).
  • Assist in optimizing send times, frequency, and content personalization for improved engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email and SMS performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Provide actionable insights based on performance data to inform future campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track trends and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Aeroflow Urology's customer lifecycle and online touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Aeroflow Urology remains a leader in email and SMS marketing.
  • Ensure all emails comply with email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM laws, as well as ensure compliance within SMS marketing regulations.
  • Conduct quarterly competitor research to identify trends and best practices in SMS and email marketing.
  • Provide support to the Patient Experience Team as needed.
  • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in email / SMS marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (ex: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze) and SMS tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and email performance dashboards.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to come into the Aeroflow Health headquarters at least twice per year for onsite planning sessions.
