About the position
Aspirus Merrill Hospital in Merrill, WI is seeking an EVS AIDE to join our ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES team! The Environmental Services Aide provides a clean and bacteriologically safe environment for patients, visitors and staff at the Hospital. Must be able to follow all applicable policies, procedures, schedules, sanitation and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide a clean and bacteriologically safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Follow all applicable policies, procedures, schedules, sanitation, and safety requirements.
- Participate in 10 minutes of general stretching exercises at the beginning of each shift.
Requirements
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and practices.
- Ability to read, write, and remember/follow verbal or written instructions.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent beneficial.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping department beneficial.
