The High School Mentorship Club is an initiative designed to foster positive peer relationships, ease the transition to high school, and promote academic and social success. The program pairs upperclassmen (grades 11-12) with incoming 9th-grade students to provide guidance, encouragement, and a sense of belonging throughout the school year. Meetings will be held once a week with after-school workshops and team building activities. Program goals include improving student engagement, building leadership and communication skills, and creating a supportive school culture.
