About the position
System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we're looking for individuals to join our award-winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life. You'll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space. Responsibilities
- Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
- Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
- Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
- Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
- Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software
Requirements
- Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
- Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
- Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills
- Be able to work weekends and special events
- Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand

Benefits
- Average FMA makes $60,000/year
- Hourly pay rate of $20/hour
- $250 commission on each closed sale
