About the position

We are seeking a strategic and self-starter Field Marketing Manager to spearhead our field marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive, global field marketing strategies. You will manage a mix of sponsored and self-hosted events, as well as participate in co-marketing initiatives targeting prospects, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement in-person marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives to drive demand and sales across targeted markets.
  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including industry conferences, regional events, and partner programs, ensuring effective pre-event engagement, onsite conversations, and follow-up from the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build an event plan that aligns with our target account list and pipeline goals.
  • Manage the marketing event budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking ROI on events.
  • Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze post-event data to inform future marketing programs and strategies.
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies to execute various types of events across NA and Europe.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in field or event marketing for B2B software solutions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools (e.g., Notion).
  • Strong organizational skills that are displayed through running effective meetings, holding internal stakeholders accountable, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze new event opportunities to inform decision-making and strategy development for future events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, especially on the leadership team.
  • AI fluency or willingness to learn is a requirement.

  • Familiarity with C-suite audiences, challenges, and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative marketing programs that drive engagement and conversion.
