About the position

KIBO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of all events and field marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and virtual events. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating memorable experiences, and a proven ability to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and other internal teams to ensure our event strategy aligns with overall business objectives and delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive events and field marketing strategy that aligns with Kibo's marketing and sales goals.
  • Implement and manage lead generation campaigns to support field marketing & event programs, ensuring effective lead capture, qualification, and follow-up in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Manage all aspects of event coordination, including budget management, contract negotiation, vendor relations, logistics, staffing, and on-site production for both in-person and virtual events.
  • Manage all aspects of partner collaborative field engagements, including budget management, contract negotiation, partner & vendor relations, logistics, staffing, and on-site production/staffing for both in-person and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to develop compelling marketing messaging, presentations, and collateral.
  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance, ROI, and key metrics to continuously optimize future strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to maximize event impact.
  • Research and identify new field marketing opportunities, industry trends, and creative ways to engage our target audience.
  • Maintain a feedback loop with marketing and sales to optimize lead generation, follow-up activities, and conversion to pipeline.
